One of the greatest pleasures in life is finding a profession you have a talent for and one that you enjoy doing. For me, that profession is Real Estate. I take great pride and satisfaction knowing that I am helping my clients build a secure future. I take a personal interest in each and every one of my clients and analyze their needs in Real Estate down to the smallest detail. This is why I am able to meet their needs and exceed their expectations in a short period of time; whether it’s buying or selling their home. Accomplishments
I have earned numerous awards for top production in the Real Estate industry, not only among my colleges, but among the top 20 agents in the state of Maryland. Earning the Re/max Platinum award year after year has been one of my greatest achievements as a Realtor. This award is earned only by the top producing agents who achieve established criteria for professionalism as well as high levels of production. It is one of the highest honors that Re/max bestows upon a Sales Associate. Rookie of the year, # 1 in sales by volume every year in my career are just a couple more achievements that I have accomplished in Real Estate.
What sets me aside
One of the top reasons I have reached my goals and have been successful at what I do is because I’m different from the rest. Not only do I provide exceptional service, but I provide solid advice to my clients. Education is very important to me, and that is why I take the time to learn more about the market and how it fluctuates, I’m always in the “know” of real estate and keep myself up to date. Most sales people tell their clients what they want to hear and not the reality of things; I like to educate my clients so that they agree on my opinions or advise. I breathe Real Estate, and am emerged in it every day of my life, not everyone has this talent. I think differently, and all my personal friends and family can agree that Lily’s mind operates in a unique way. I have the ability to solve problems in unconventional ways both quickly and calmly; because I do not see them as “problems” but as challenges.
Negotiating Skills and Confidentiality
I have mastered the skill of negotiation. Being able to negotiate the sale of your own home is a daunting task. That is why hiring not just a good agent but a great agent to represent you is crucial. Throughout my career, I have learned that it is important to detach myself from the emotional aspects of the transaction in order to get you the best possible deal. Great agents are not messengers, delivering buyer's offers to sellers and vice versa. That is why I pride myself by presenting my client's case in the best light, protect their interest at all times, and of course, keeping all information strictly confidential.
